The Luthai Tan Chau Spinning Mill project, invested by Lu Thai (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., is located at Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province.

The project consists of a single-story facility with a total construction floor area of 26,000 m², including a spinning workshop, cotton warehouse, yarn warehouse, as well as auxiliary works and infrastructure for Zone A.
