Happy One Mori is a residential development by Van Xuan Group, strategically located on Lai Thieu 14 Street, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project comprises two 33-storey towers and two basement levels, providing a total of 1,441 units, including premium apartments, commercial shophouses, and officetels. Developed in accordance with a Japanese-inspired green living concept, Happy One Mori offers a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture, comprehensive amenities, and a sustainable living environment.

]]>On May 20, 2026, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation was honored to join Kim Oanh Group – Mien Dong Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company in successfully hosting the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2.85-hectare K-Home Cityview Social Housing Project in Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai City.
At this project, Phuoc Thanh serves as the structural construction general contractor for a development comprising four 22-storey residential towers with nearly 2,000 apartments. The project is recognized as one of the notable social housing developments, featuring integrated green spaces, comprehensive internal amenities, and a sustainable development orientation in accordance with EDGE green building standards.

Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation, in collaboration with the Employer – Dien Phuc Thanh Construction and Housing Business Co., Ltd. – successfully organized the ceremony for the Long Truong Social Housing Project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The project comprises three residential blocks (XH1, XH2, XH3), developed with a consistent scale of 6 storeys plus a roof stair bulkhead, reaching a total building height of 24 meters. The total gross floor area exceeds 34,300 m², distributed across the three blocks.
Acting as the main contractor for construction, finishing and MEP work, Phuoc Thanh continues to demonstrate its project delivery capability through a team of experienced engineers and skilled workers, supported by modern equipment and proven expertise in executing large-scale developments.
Phuoc Thanh works in close coordination with the Employer and supervision consultants to manage construction activities, closely controlling each phase to ensure progress, quality, safety, and efficiency, while delivering sustainable value to the project and the community.

On 23 April 2026, Phuoc Thanh officially entered into a cooperation agreement with Khai Hoan Land Group, marking a new milestone in the strategic partnership between the two parties and continuing their collaboration on the Khai Hoan Imperial project.
Previously, in June 2025, the two parties had signed a cooperation agreement and are currently progressing with the construction of the Khai Hoan Prime project ahead of schedule. To date, construction has reached Levels 22–23 for both towers, affirming Phuoc Thanh’s capability in construction management and its strong commitment to project timelines as the Main Contractor.
Khai Hoan Prime is one of the key developments in South Saigon, covering an area of over 19,000 m² and comprising three 27-storey towers with two basement levels. The project is expected to contribute significantly to enhancing the urban landscape of the area.
Building on this success, Phuoc Thanh has continued to gain the trust of the Developer and has been appointed as the Main Contractor for the Khai Hoan Imperial project.

On the morning of 23 April 2026, the Board of Management of Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation formally welcomed the delegation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, led by Distinguished Teacher, PhD Le Van Vang – Vice Rector.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport is a reputable institution in the field of transport and construction engineering in Southern Vietnam, with over 25 years of establishment and development. Its programmes in Civil Engineering and Construction Economics have consistently provided high-quality human resources for civil, industrial, and transport infrastructure projects.
During the meeting, the two parties officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), in which the “Enterprise Semester” programme was identified as a key initiative to bridge academic training with real-world construction practices.
Under this programme, final-year students will undertake a full semester working directly at Phuoc Thanh, receiving hands-on training and practical exposure at both office and construction site levels. The curriculum is aligned with the operations of a general contractor, covering key disciplines such as design (architecture, structural engineering, and MEP works), quantity surveying, QA/QC (quality management), HSE (health, safety and environment), BIM, shop drawings, and site supervision.
The programme is structured through a clear and consistent pathway—from onboarding and training to practical deployment and competency assessment—enabling students to:
