On 5 June 2026, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation was once again honoured among Vietnam’s Top 10 Contractors 2026 at the Hubexo Asia Awards, one of the region’s most prestigious annual awards programmes recognising enterprises with outstanding achievements and significant contributions to the development of the architecture and construction industry.

Notably, this marks the second consecutive year that Phuoc Thanh has been named among this prestigious ranking, following its recognition at the Hubexo Asia Awards 2025. This achievement not only reaffirms the company’s capabilities, reputation, and position within Vietnam’s construction market, but also serves as a testament to its continuous efforts in delivering quality, safe, and sustainable projects.

In addition to continuously strengthening its construction capabilities, Phuoc Thanh has actively adopted advanced technological solutions, including BIM, ERP, AI, and internationally recognised management systems to optimise operational efficiency, enhance project quality, and deliver greater value to project owners. These initiatives also provide a strong foundation for maintaining competitiveness and supporting sustainable growth as the construction industry continues its rapid digital transformation.

Khai Hoan Imperial is developed on a site area of over 10,000 square metres, comprising two 41-storey towers and three basement levels. Strategically positioned along National Highway 13 — a key transport corridor connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province — the project is envisioned as a luxury bespoke apartment complex, contributing to the creation of a modern urban landscape for the area.
For this project, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation continues to be entrusted by Khai Hoan Land as the Main Contractor. This appointment not only represents a great honour for Phuoc Thanh, but also reflects the continued effective partnership between the two parties following the successful collaboration on the Khai Hoan Prime project.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Phuoc Thanh is committed to mobilising its best resources and accelerating the application of advanced management technologies such as BIM and ERP systems to ensure construction progress, quality, and safety throughout the project execution process.

The groundbreaking ceremony not only signifies the official commencement of construction works, but also marks the beginning of a journey to create a distinctive landmark project that will further enhance the urban identity of the surrounding area.
Phuoc Thanh sincerely appreciates the trust and partnership of Khai Hoan Land in this project.
