The project features a modern design harmonized with the central urban landscape, meeting green architecture standards, ensuring energy efficiency, and aiming to become a key foundation in the development of financial technology infrastructure in Ho Chi Minh City.

As the Construction Contractor, Phuoc Thanh commits to implementing the project with a skilled engineering and workforce team, modern equipment, and advanced construction technologies, ensuring schedule – quality – safety.

The building consists of 2 basements and 18 above-ground floors, with a total gross floor area of 16,332.42 mВІ.

Phuoc Thanh is responsible for the construction of the office headquarters, which commenced in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027.

The project will serve as a modern headquarters, supporting EVNGENCO3 in enhancing the efficiency of management and power generation operations.

The development consists of 5 storeys with a total gross floor area of 10,000 mВІ. It was built to create a modern retail centre that meets the shopping and service needs of the surrounding area.

In this project, Phuoc Thanh served as the general contractor for construction. Work commenced in May 2018 and was completed in March 2019. Construction was carried out in a coordinated manner, ensuring schedule compliance, quality, and the technical standards required by the investor.

Once in operation, the building has contributed to transforming the urban landscape of Duc Trong, promoting commercial and service development, and improving the quality of life for the local community.

The building comprises 1 basement level and 2 above-ground floors, with a total construction floor area of 4,000 mВІ, designed to serve the management and operational activities of Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Area.

Phuoc Thanh undertook construction and finishing works from 08/2018 to 03/2019. The project enhances office infrastructure quality and supports effective management and development of Suoi Tien in District 9.

The development comprises 1 basement and 24 above-ground storeys with a total gross floor area of 13,442 m². It is designed as a modern office complex serving the Group’s management, research, and development operations.

In this project, Phuoc Thanh Construction undertakes the packages for structural works, mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, fire protection (FPP), elevator installation, and shell & core finishing. Construction commenced in June 2020 and is scheduled for completion in December 2024. The works are executed to high technical standards, strictly complying with safety regulations and project timelines.

Upon commissioning, the building will become the strategic headquarters of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group and a contemporary architectural landmark in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

The building is designed under the concept of a professional and premium office model by an Italian architect and his associates. With high ceilings, spacious floor layouts, and state-of-the-art facilities adapted to Industry 4.0 standards, the building provides a scientific and comfortable working environment, fostering user creativity and enhancing collaboration with colleagues.

The project includes 3 elevators, comprising 1 service elevator and 2 passenger elevators, designed for accessibility to ensure ease of use for people with disabilities. Fire prevention systems, emergency exits, and parking areas strictly comply with Vietnam’s construction codes and standards.

Particular attention was given to the selection of premium and eco-friendly construction materials, minimizing heat absorption and optimizing natural daylight to save costs and enhance energy efficiency inside the office spaces.

Với vai trò nhà thầu thi công, Phước Thành cam kết triển khai dự án bằng nguồn lực kỹ sư – công nhân lành nghề, thiết bị hiện đại và giải pháp công nghệ tiên tiến, đảm bảo tiến độ – chất lượng – an toàn.

Trong dự án này, Phước Thành đảm nhận vai trò tổng thầu thi công xây dựng, khởi công từ 05/2018 và hoàn thành vào 03/2019. Công tác thi công được triển khai đồng bộ, bảo đảm tiến độ, chất lượng và các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu của chủ đầu tư.

Công trình đi vào hoạt động đã góp phần thay đổi diện mạo đô thị Đức Trọng, thúc đẩy phát triển thương mại – dịch vụ và nâng cao đời sống của cộng đồng địa phương.

Trong dự án này, Phước Thành đảm nhận gói thầu thi công phần thô, hệ thống cơ điện (M&E), phòng cháy chữa cháy (PCCC), thang máy và hoàn thiện thô, khởi công từ 06/2020 và hoàn thành vào 12/2024. Quá trình thi công được triển khai theo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cao, tuân thủ quy định an toàn và bảo đảm tiến độ đề ra.

Khi đi vào vận hành, công trình sẽ trở thành trụ sở làm việc chiến lược của Tập đoàn Dệt May Việt Nam, đồng thời là điểm nhấn kiến trúc hiện đại tại trung tâm TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
