Through this competition, students are provided with opportunities to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"807\">\n<li data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"615\">\n<p data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"615\">Apply BIM \u2013 CIM solutions to the modelling, design, and management of construction projects in line with smart urban development trends;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"688\">\n<p data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"688\">Enhance research capabilities, creative thinking, and teamwork skills;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"807\">\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"807\">Gain exposure to advanced technologies that are being widely adopted in the construction and infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"1315\">As the exclusive sponsor, Phuoc Thanh recognises that the academic competition \u201cBIM \u2013 CIM in Smart Urban Development\u201d is not only an academic playground but also an important bridge between academia and industry.
