competitive markets. Such ethics code 텐텐벳 serve as the basis for all the regulations and procedures set by this company, and 텐텐벳 serve as the standards
for determining the behavior and value of 텐텐벳 Enterprises’ executives/employees and of their family members.

Practice Code

Article 1 Social Role

텐텐벳 Enterprises, as the leader of the construction market, shall recognize that it is an important role to prosper the lives of the people, and shall fulfill its given
responsibilities as a corporate citizen based on the pride that it serves as the basis for economic development.

1. Obligations & Rights as Corporate Citizen

4. Fair Task Performance

   criticized by the society.

5. Avoidance of a Conflict of Interest with Company

① 텐텐벳 Enterprises’ executives and employees shall avoid any behaviors and relations that may cause a conflict of interest between the company and
   individuals.
② 텐텐벳 Enterprises’ executives and employees shall not use any assets owned by the company without permission to make personal profits.
